Justin Quillen developed Quillen Construction with the vision of building a team and creating a culture that will be successful and endure.  This Quillen Culture and philosophy for doing business is simple. This mantra keeps employees motivated, subcontractors eager to work with you, and owners calling for the next build. It’s this commitment to the organization that will allow the Quillen team to continue to grow.

Justin’s professional experience began in Aerospace Manufacturing. He served as the Program Executive and was responsible for the program growth, production, and profitability of complex commercial and military aircraft components with a contract value in excess of $500M. Justin transitioned his business development and team-building experience to the construction industry in 2014 where he grew a local Utah firm’s revenue 10X in three years before venturing out to create Quillen Construction.  

Justin is an outdoorsman enthusiast. He loves spending time in the mountains with his wife and three sons. He and his boys especially love skiing, and the entire family are dedicated supporters of the University of Utah Athletics. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Utah, an MBA from Westminster College, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan, as well as a PMP certification.
